We’re coming off a tremendous week spending time with our retail customers and partners at IRCE 2015 in Chicago, Illinois! A conference like IRCE offers a unique opportunity to spend time and get actionable feedback from the group we care about most: our customers. The show offered insight into why email remains so relevant with internet retailers in 2015.
Whether it’s increasing customer base, average order value, or the number of repeat customers – today’s retailer is faced with some tough challenges in today’s digital world. Thousands of solution-based companies and retail executives descended upon Chicago to share their insights into how to conquer this ever-changing vertical. As always, it was inspiring to see what’s being done. Whether it’s WindsorCircle, who’s making data actionable – helping retailers retain, keep and get more from their customers (and wearing green pants along the way!), or Live Clicker, who’s providing retail marketers the ability to share real-time content at the moment of open…one thing remains clear: email is the digital glue that holds it all together.
Our team spent the week learning how we can help make our retail customers more successful, by enhancing our product, continuing to provide technology partners that drive results, and of course: telling everyone why we love email.
The story and strategies in the retail vertical will continue to evolve, and we’re excited to be a large part of the conversation. IRCE 2015 is a wrap, but we can’t wait to return to Chicago next year to be a part of what’s next.
